Statement
Madison Performance Group is known as a prominent leader in employee engagement and sales incentive marketing. They understand what it takes to motivate today’s agile and multi-generational global workforce.
This repeat client required a practical office furniture solution for their Madison Avenue office space in New York city. With a business focus on online marketing and sales they required a number of call center furniture for their team of close to 50 agents.
The raw office floor grid had large structural columns to account for – a popular obstruction in office space planning interior design. Our office design team artfully worked around the columns and created an ideal call center cubicles layout to fit the open office space.
Tucked into one corner of the space, we created a small bullpen office layout with larger L shaped cubicles for the co-working management team. Low 39” high cubicle walls topped with frosted plexiglass desk dividers generate a sense of openness and collaboration and invite in the beautiful city views from the office windows.
We kept the furniture finishes super-subtle with soft grey cubicle panels, light grey desk surfaces, and “MT paint” for the panel trim and locking 3-drawer file cabinets on wheels. This allowed us to have more fun with a multi-colored bright office color scheme on those otherwise pesky columns.
To enhance employee comfort levels throughout the workday, we specified affordable ergonomic black office chairs with arms.
